Il Novello is a very young and peppery Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Aprile Fratelli. The name refers to the 274 day of the year, Oct. 1, when the Biancolilla olives were picked and crushed. This beautiful yellow-green unfiltered oil is delicate, especially good for salads, fish, and chicken.
