This condiment made of cooked must from Negroamaro and Malvasian grapes is a thick, richly sweet syrup flavored with fresh raspberries. Similar to balsamic vinegar, vincotto has a mellow finish and a fruity flavor. No preservatives or coloring are added to this artisanally-made product. It’s great drizzled on ice cream or other desserts, or even on meats or grilled vegetables.
