Thick, flat pasta shape originally from the Amalfi Coast, this slightly chewy, thicker version of tagliatelli is artisanally made by Setaro. The curvy, irregular shapes are intriguing and are perfect with clams and tomatoes or any other seafood pasta. The pasta is made with durum wheat semolina and water. Cooks in 8-10 minutes.
