Setaro’s fine example of spaghettini holds shape and texture despite its slender form. The bronze dies used in producing the spaghettini give the surface of the pasta a slightly rough texture so that sauce clings to it. Seafood sauces, tomato-based sauces, and almost any other sauce go well with this pasta. Cooks in 10 minutes.
