Instant porcini mushroom flavor in bouillon-style cubes, also called dadi, are a popular items in our retail shop. One or two cubes dissolved in hot water makes a flavorful porcini broth for tortellini and other filled pasta; add 1 cube to 2 cups of water. These are quick and convenient for any dishes such as soups or stews that require broth. Each box contains 10 cubes.
